The Newport Venture was founded in 2016 by Ryan Debin and has purchased more than 75 units in Newport, RI with a focus on mixed-use commercial properties (residential, retail, and office).

Ryan T. Debin has been involved in residential and commercial real estate for more than 20 years.  Ryan began his career in residential leasing and sales before transitioning to commercial real estate where he worked in the Capital Markets group of Spaulding & Slye Colliers.  In 2001, Ryan joined Anglo Irish Bank - a commercial real estate lender - and originated more than $3 billion worth of commercial real estate debt.  Ryan worked for ten (10) years at Anglo Irish Bank before joining Lone Star Funds - a private equity firm based in Dallas, TX.  Ryan Debin left Lone Star in June 2017 to focus on real estate and franchise opportunities.
